Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients, including health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in pediatric primary care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care.
Requirements:
• Current RN licensure in Delaware or eligibility for licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
• Pediatric experience and certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
