Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced security professionals to join our team as Armed Executive Protection Agents in the Saratoga area. As a member of our elite team, you will be responsible for providing armed close protection and security services to high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Armed Close Protection and Security Services: Safeguard high-profile clients from potential threats and ensure their safety and security.
  • Conduct Threat Assessments and Develop Security Plans: Identify potential risks and develop tailored security plans to mitigate them.
  • Monitor and Secure Client Environments: Secure residences, workplaces, and travel routes for high-profile clients.
  • Coordinate with Local Law Enforcement and Emergency Services: Collaborate with local authorities to ensure prompt response to emergencies.
  • Conduct Advanced Security Preparations and Risk Assessments: Identify and mitigate potential security risks at various locations.
  • Maintain Regular Communication with the Operations Center: Ensure seamless support and coordination with the operations team.
  • Ensure Confidentiality and Privacy: Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of high-profile clients.
  • Respond Promptly to Security Incidents and Emergencies: Respond quickly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 Years of Experience: In executive protection or a related field.
  • Background in Law Enforcement, Military, or Security Services: A strong background in law enforcement, military, or security services.
  • Valid Security Certifications and Licenses: BSIS Guard Card, BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit, Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW/LEOSA/HR218), Weapons of Mass Destruction Certification, and Powers to Arrest Certification.
  • Excellent Physical Fitness: Ability to respond quickly to emergencies.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Conducting Threat Assessments and Developing Security Plans: Ability to conduct threat assessments and develop security plans.
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record: A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to Travel Domestically and Internationally: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
