About the Role

Bristol ID Technologies is seeking a highly driven and fiercely passionate Account Manager to join our sales team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic relationships with top reseller accounts, including ID dealers, systems integrators, and OEMs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed growth targets within named reseller accounts.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers.
  • Educate customers on all products and services.
  • Understand and share industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Prospect for new opportunities within existing customers' accounts.
  • Qualification of opportunities in existing and new customer accounts, including understanding decision maker's needs, aligning the right solution, and developing the business case.
  • Propose and close deals/sales meeting or exceeding revenue objectives.
  • Learn and understand the basics of card manufacturing, card construction, and card types and applications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all personnel within the Company, fostering a one-team approach.
Requirements
  • Inquisitive by nature with a strong thirst for learning.
  • Strongly adept to technical product sales.
  • Print industry or other relevant industry experience would be of benefit.
  • Experience selling to resellers, OEMs, and integrators would be of benefit.
  • Articulate and professional via phone and email correspondence.
  • Confident in cold calling, prospecting, and making customer presentations.
  • Effective at time management.
  • Able to develop pricing strategies that meet the company's financial goals.
  • Outstanding at building customer relationships.
  • Goal and results-driven.
  • A Self-starter, able to work independently, and within a team.
  • A critical thinker and a good problem solver.
  • Excellent at organization and record keeping.
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
  • Able to share your proven track record of meeting sales quotas.

Bristol ID Technologies offers a competitive salary range of $40,000-$50,000 annual plus commission, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
