Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service that enriches guest experiences and upholds the property’s physical assets.
  • Oversee the planning, organization, and direction of maintenance activities for all facilities and systems.
  • Inspire and mentor a team of engineers, cultivating a culture of accountability, excellence, and proactive maintenance.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of experience in a Chief Engineer role within the hospitality sector.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
  • Proven track record in managing talent and fostering a positive workplace culture, including recruitment and performance management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of building trades and the mechanics of property operations and maintenance.
