Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Interior Painter to join our team at Turnserv, a leading provider of multifamily painting services.

About the Role:

  • As an Interior Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients' apartments.
  • You will work under the direction of our Area Manager to ensure that all painting services are completed to the highest standards.
  • Our team is committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our clients are completely satisfied with our work.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete our comprehensive training program to learn the latest painting techniques and best practices.
  • Follow company processes and procedures to deliver industry-leading painting results.
  • Ensure that all job sites are left in immaculate condition, free of dust, paint droplets, and other debris.
  • Be responsible for the tools and equipment provided to you and conduct regular equipment check-ins.
  • Communicate effectively with our team and clients to ensure that all needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Agreement to work as a W2 employee.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must be coachable, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
