Job Title: Senior Water Resources Project Manager

Job Summary:

Halff Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Water Resources Project Manager to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. As a key member of our Water Resources practice, you will be responsible for managing existing clients, developing new clients, managing project teams, and leading project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing clients and develop new business opportunities in the Water Resources market.
  • Lead project teams and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and technicians, to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • PE license in the state of Louisiana or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Water Resources project delivery.
  • Robust communication, written and verbal, skills.
  • Proficient in project management, administration, and supervision of technical staff.
  • Technical experience with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and 2D Modeling software packages.
  • Proven business development experience.
  • Positive attitude, self-directed yet a team player, with a focus on integrity and quality.
