Position Overview

As a Culinary Specialist, you will be tasked with the preparation and cooking of menu items, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and preparing ingredients for various dishes.
  • Cooking high-quality meals according to established recipes.
  • Properly storing leftover food to maintain freshness.
  • Meeting presentation and portion standards set by the company.
  • Sanitizing cooking utensils and equipment.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in food preparation areas.
  • Collaborating with fellow cooks to ensure timely order completion.
  • Addressing any issues with guest orders efficiently.
  • Adhering to food safety and health regulations.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a culinary role is preferred.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
  • Proficient knife skills.
  • ServSafe certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.
  • Capability to follow recipes accurately.
