Our expertise encompasses Gate Stations, District Regulator Stations, Distribution and Transmission Pipelines, and customer service operations for utility company clients.

Position Summary
The Pipeline Construction Supervisor will be responsible for conducting both direct and indirect inspections across various pipeline infrastructure projects to fulfill client requirements.

This role involves overseeing contractor construction activities on behalf of the Owner, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications, safety and environmental regulations, as well as Company standards. The Supervisor will coordinate onsite work activities with Company operations and other concurrent projects.

Additionally, the Supervisor will manage onsite documentation and communication in support of the overall Construction Manager, Project Manager, and/or the Owner.

Key responsibilities include coordinating material deliveries, maintaining as-built documentation, and being present onsite whenever work is being executed. The Supervisor will also monitor project schedules and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving landscape of the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager for daily operational oversight.
  • Ensure contractor compliance with design plans, change orders, RFIs, MOC, etc.
  • Inspect and investigate anomalies in pipeline facility infrastructure.
  • Manage day-to-day contractor activities effectively.
  • Prepare detailed daily reports promptly.
  • Exhibit versatility in both pipeline maintenance and construction services.
  • Demonstrate leadership in health, safety, and environmental protection on the project, applying project-specific safety protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, regulations, and codes for all personnel and subcontractors.
  • Provide as-built documentation for both existing and new pipeline infrastructure.
  • Maintain written records and photographs onsite to adequately document the project according to client standards.
  • Ensure installations comply with utility construction standards, O/M manuals, federal and state laws, and industry best practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a construction-related field - Preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in natural gas transmission, midstream, or distribution pipeline facilities - Required
  • NACE CIP 1 or 2 AND/OR CP 1 - Preferred
  • CWI - Preferred
  • API Certification - Preferred
  • OSHA 10 or 30 Certification - Preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions - Required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook - Required
  • Working knowledge of changes in pipeline infrastructure construction - Required
  • Willingness to travel - Required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - Required

Salary Range:
$44 - $58/hr.
