KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Talent Acquisition
    • Evaluate and conduct preliminary interviews with candidates
    • Coordinate and participate in interviews as the HR representative
    • Act as the primary liaison for the hiring manager
  • Develop and revise job descriptions
  • Serve as the main contact for career fairs
    • Manage coordination and representation
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
  • Office Administration
    • Welcome visitors, maintain supplies, and oversee vendor relationships
  • Provide assistance to team members
  • Support data entry tasks
  • Ensure HR compliance
  • Assist the HR Manager as needed
    • Manage payroll processing
    • Oversee benefits administration
    • Administer and audit HRIS (BambooHR)
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in recruitment processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

SKILLS AND ABILITIES NEEDED:

  • Capability to work independently or collaboratively
  • Ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
    • Effective time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
