Job Overview

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this internship is $15/hour, totaling approximately $25,600 for 13 weeks. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including competitive salaries, incentive opportunities, and an excellent work environment. Additionally, you will gain valuable experience in recruiting, data analysis, and policy review.

Responsibilities
This internship will be split between a major project and daily tasks. Responsibilities include:
  • Recruiting Support: Assist with recruiting, onboarding process, paperwork, background checks, and orientation activities.
  • Data Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, including employee demographics, turnover, time and attendance data, and dashboards for management.
  • General HR Support: Assist with general HR administrative tasks such as filing, document management, responding to employee inquiries, and collaborating with HR team members.
  • Learning and Development: Assist with creating training for managers, developing development plans, and analyzing training needs.

Qualifications
To be eligible, you must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, completed two years of college education before beginning internship, pursuing a Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources, Business, or similar degree, and possess strong academic performance (min. 3.0/4.0 GPA), extracurricular achievement, Excel and/or PowerBI experience, creative and flexible mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, and proven track record of adaptability, innovation, initiative, and integrity. Must have legal U.S. working authorization and pass the pre-employment screening process.
