The Enrollment/Student Success Coach plays a vital role within the recruitment team, assisting prospective students throughout the enrollment journey, from initial inquiry to successful admission into Professional and Continuing Education (PACE) programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information and assistance to prospective students and program participants through various communication channels, ensuring a seamless enrollment experience.
  • Understand each prospective student's academic and professional aspirations, offering tailored guidance on program options.
  • Assist with the enrollment process, including tracking leads in the CRM system and supporting students with their applications.
  • Compile, monitor, and report on student information; verify and process necessary forms and documents.
  • Support prospective students in aligning their needs with suitable academic and professional goals.
Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with one to three years of relevant experience. Proficiency in database management and CRM systems (e.g., Slate or Salesforce) is essential, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an academic environment, familiarity with higher education structures, and previous customer service or sales experience are desirable.

Working Conditions:

This position may require evening and weekend hours. It is a bargaining unit position with a probationary period and is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a mix of on-campus and remote work.
