Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead communities to foster diversity, connection, and belonging among our engineering teams.
- Cultivate forums for feedback and decision-making, ensuring all voices are heard and valued.
- Plan and execute critical projects to improve the health, efficiency, and morale of our engineering teams.
- Develop and refine engineering cultural programs, including mentorship, onboarding, and community engagement initiatives.
- Improve communication, collaboration, and alignment throughout the engineering organization.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience owning and managing large-scale engineering programs and/or operations.
- A technical and/or engineering background, with experience working on technical or engineering teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience building and managing communities of purpose and practice.
- Deep understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, along with strategies for enhancing them.
