Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialized Speech Therapist to join our team at ProCare Therapy.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate students' communication skills and develop tailored treatment plans to improve their abilities
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions in a school-based setting, focusing on effective communication strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment for students with disabilities
  • Offer guidance and training to educators and staff on methods for supporting students with speech and language challenges
  • Monitor students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active State Licensure for Speech-Language Pathologists
  • Experience working with children in a school-based setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
