Norman Regional Health System is a leading provider of healthcare services in the region. We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Speech-Language Therapist to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition and establishing a plan of care. They will also perform therapy programs utilizing standard speech therapy techniques as appropriate for the age and disability of the patient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs
  • Provide education and training to patients, family members, and caregivers
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • A current Oklahoma license for Speech-Language Pathology or SLP license eligible with a temporary license
  • The ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or completion within the first year under a licensed therapist as a CFY
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training prior to providing patient care
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $31.31 - $51.14 per hour, depending on previous work experience.
