  • Inspect and repair faucets and sink plugs as necessary.
  • Carry out surface repairs on sinks and bathtubs.
  • Examine bathroom tiles and perform minor repairs or replacements.
  • Address wall damage by repairing holes and assisting with painting tasks.
  • Ensure all lighting fixtures are operational and replace bulbs as needed.
  • Report supply requirements to the supervisor.
  • Complete any additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A strong focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
  • A valid driver's license.
