Job Overview:
As an Account Growth Manager at Summit Fleet, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and take their sales career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, leveraging our comprehensive range of services and solutions to drive growth and retention
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination, and to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, using this information to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

Requirements:
• 1+ year of sales experience in a similar role or industry
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including negotiation, closing deals, and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity
