Maintenance Supervisor

Butterball, LLC, a leading food processing company, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of its facilities and equipment. Located in the Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina area, this role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and supervise maintenance associates to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Oversee the installation, operation, maintenance, and modification of facilities, equipment, and physical needs of the plant operation.
- Design and adapt special production machinery to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct training programs for department associates on specific equipment and procedures.
- Analyze and resolve repair and construction problems, or assist associates and contractors in solving related issues.
- Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
- 4+ years of work experience in the Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
