About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Butterball, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and supervise a team of maintenance associates to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record of leadership and supervision, with experience in directing teams and managing projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
