About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Butterball, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and supervise a team of maintenance associates to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues and implement process improvements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
