Position Summary:
The Respiratory Manager will be responsible for fostering relationships with both new and existing DME clients while ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of incoming orders. This role involves overseeing the respiratory department and its related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and evaluate daily activities of Service Associates, ensuring timely communication with new clients and accurate order processing, while providing training as necessary.
- Assist Service Associates with inquiries and provide solutions as needed.
- Manage the work schedules of Service Associates to effectively handle all incoming client and referral communications.
- Oversee compliance monitoring for CPAP/BiPAP patients.
- Address customer and referral complaints and special requests promptly.
- Conduct or assist in annual performance reviews for Service Associates.
- Monitor phone queues to ensure adequate coverage.
- Regularly review Hold and Open Order reports.
- At least 2 years of management experience in a dynamic office environment, preferably within the DME or healthcare sector.
- Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Ability to lift and handle equipment weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel (including Pivot Tables).
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Brightree software is advantageous.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
