In a competitive landscape filled with numerous AI drug discovery enterprises, 1910's ITOTM platform stands out due to:

  • Modality-agnostic drug discovery capabilities, enabling the design of both small and large molecule therapeutics across various disease areas, initially focusing on neuroscience, oncology, and autoimmune disorders.

  • A state-of-the-art fully automated, high-throughput wet laboratory located in a premier district, dedicated to both data generation for AI model training and validation of the safety and efficacy of drug candidates produced by our advanced AI models.
  • A unique collaboration with Microsoft, positioning 1910 as the sole biotech/pharma entity utilizing Azure Quantum Elements, a revolutionary AI-driven high-performance computing cloud architecture for sophisticated AI applications.
  • Custom conversational AI chatbots that enhance user experience by providing an intuitive interface for accessing our platform for specific drug discovery tasks.
  • Being the only biotech firm assisting pharmaceutical companies in integrating six core components of AI infrastructure.

Role Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with the People team, design an effective employee communications strategy that enhances employer branding, recruitment efforts, employee engagement, and company culture.
  • Work closely with the Legal team, People team, and other leadership teams as appropriate to support the preparation and execution of issues management when required.
