Psychiatric Nursing Specialist

Your Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, Crisis at Monarch, your primary responsibilities will be to provide direct and indirect services to individuals in need of crisis assessment, injection clinic, or outpatient services. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and interact with individuals, staff, providers, and the public on a daily basis. Your duties will include scheduling individuals for crisis and assessment services, performing clinical intakes with individuals requesting services, and completing documentation required to meet state and accreditation standards.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in psychiatric nursing and an LPN license from the NC Board of Nursing. A North Carolina Driver License is also required. Experience working with individuals with mental health needs is highly desirable.
Compensation:
Based on industry standards and location, this role comes with a salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package that supports full-time and part-time team members and their families.
