- Perform soft collections for customers on credit hold or past due.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Windows 10 computers or higher operating system.
- Computer with 8GB of RAM or higher.
- Hard-wired internet connection with minimum 100MB speeds.
