Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through fact-finding sales methods to customize Ferrellgas programs and services to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure accurate account setup, maintenance, and closing of all customer account information.
  • Handle customer issues by following our customer complaint resolution policy.
  • Perform soft collections for customers on credit hold or past due.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Windows 10 computers or higher operating system.
  • Computer with 8GB of RAM or higher.
  • Hard-wired internet connection with minimum 100MB speeds.
