As a Behavior Intervention Specialist at LEARN Behavioral, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing behavioral interventions to support students with special needs
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create individualized plans
  • Providing direct support to students in a variety of settings
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of student progress
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card or the ability to obtain one
  • Preferred coursework in special education, psychology, or a related field
  • Experience working with children with special needs, preferably in an ABA setting
  • Valid CPR/First Aid certification and Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
