Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team in Maryland. As a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services to students in a school-based setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist, including individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist, educators, parents, and professionals to support students' communication development.
  • Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed to ensure students meet their communication goals.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or equivalent.
  • Valid Maryland license or eligibility for licensure as an SLPA.
  • Previous experience in educational or clinical settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
