Operations Trainee Position

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Trainee to join our team at Atosa USA, Inc. This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to develop their skills and knowledge in commercial operations leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the management of our facilities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and contributing to the development of our operational strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of operational processes and procedures.Conduct financial analysis and cost control activities to optimize branch performance.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer satisfaction and effective communication.Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to support decision-making.Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Maintain a clean and efficient work environment by conducting regular facility walks and inventory record audits.Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a management or operations position (preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English languages.
