Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the surgical team to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Utilize evidence-based practice and critical thinking to make informed decisions and improve patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of an Associate of Science degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Valid Maryland RN license required.
- Passing score on NCLEX.
- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Minimum one year of Registered Nurse experience.
- One year of current Operating Room Registered Nurse experience or related acute care experience.
Full-time; 4x10 shifts per week; 1 pm-11:30 pm with on call requirement, day off varies.
