Job Description

As a Senior Consultant, Supplier Engagement, you will play a key role in driving the supplier engagement and capacity building practice in the region. You will be responsible for leading projects with factories, farms, vendors, and clients on social compliance and labor and human rights issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects with suppliers to address social compliance and labor and human rights issues.
  • Review suppliers' compliance performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address non-compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement sustainable supply chain practices.
  • Provide training and coaching to suppliers on social compliance and labor and human rights issues.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in sustainability and supply chain, ethical sourcing, and supplier due diligence.
  • Proven track record of working with factories, farms, vendors, and clients on social compliance issues.
  • Strong knowledge of social and human rights due diligence regulations and frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
  • Able to travel frequently to regional office and supplier, vendor, and client locations.
