We are seeking an excellent communicator and a medically sound leader who wants to make a big impact in a local community. Our hospital is looking for the ultimate hospitalist to thrive and grow as a leader and as a physician.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage critical care patients on vents and be comfortable with procedures
  • Work in a supportive culture with a collegial work environment
  • Participate in a Hospitalist Incentive Program to earn additional income up to $60k per year

What We Offer:

  • Full-time schedule is 7 days on/7 days off with no call after shift
  • Three rotating shifts, all less than 12 hours in duration (8 hours, 10 hours, and 11 hours)
  • Average 12-15 inpatients per shift

Requirements:

  • Must be BC/BE - competing certification within 5 years of residency completion
  • Full-time tele-ICU coverage
  • Excellent sub-specialty support
