Job Title: Business Development Strategist

Jet Health, Inc. is a leading provider of hospice and home health services in Texas, New Mexico, and Idaho. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Strategist to oversee our sales and marketing activities within assigned regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, building community relationships, and coaching a high-performing sales team based at our corporate office in Fort Worth, Texas.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies that meet or exceed established referral and intake goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key community referral sources, including physicians, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop annual marketing plans that generate new patient activity and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Drive the growth of profitable revenue and market share within the assigned regions.

**Requirements:**
  • At least five years of management experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), home care, or hospice.
  • A proven track record of success in healthcare sales, including five years of documented sales experience to physicians, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrable history of building and influencing client relationships, achieving sales goals, and knowledge of Medicare, managed care, and insurance reimbursement.

We offer a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
