CornerStone Professional Placement is in search of a Mortgage Investor Reporting Specialist for a prominent client within the banking and mortgage sector. In this role, you will take charge of reconciling, remitting, and reporting for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, along with private label securitizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reconciliation and remittance processes for investor reporting.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to custodial and clearing bank activities.
- Ensure compliance with state, regulatory, and investor guidelines.
- Utilize Fiserv software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in investor reporting and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or Ginnie Mae is essential.
- Experience in mortgage servicing is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Employment Type: Direct Hire
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience
