Key Responsibilities:- Manage Accounts Receivable for non-delinquent and non-estate accounts to improve Days of Sales Outstanding (DSO) and reduce DSO Target Ratio.
- Research and verify patient responsible person information to ensure accurate billing.
- Contact patients or responsible parties to present payment options and monitor cash receipts.
- Transition accounts for Estate, Probate, or Bankruptcy changes to designated personnel.
- Associate's Degree or 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
- Proven track record of working in high-volume environments with a customer service orientation.
- Competitive salary range: $40K-$50K per year.
