As a Dining Room Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents enjoy a delightful dining experience. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness at the tables, serving meals and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. A friendly demeanor and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive service to residents, ensuring a restaurant-style dining experience.
- Present meals attractively and offer detailed information about menu items.
- Monitor diners' needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Efficiently clear tables during and after meals to maintain sanitation standards.
- Set up dining areas according to established etiquette, ensuring cleanliness of all dining ware.
- Restock supplies as necessary to prepare for the next meal service.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities to enhance skills and versatility.
- Complete all side work efficiently before, during, and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness in storage areas and comply with hygiene standards.
- Utilize the P.O.S. system effectively for billing purposes.
- Ensure a quality dining experience from food delivery to table maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
- High School Diploma preferred, but not mandatory. Minimum age requirement is 16 years old.
- Prior experience in a food service role is advantageous, but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization.
- Collaborative team player with a dependable and motivated attitude.
