Key Responsibilities- Ensure adherence to Total Site Solutions' quality policies, company standards, and customer requirements.
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Verify that products are assembled according to both internal and customer specifications.
- Contribute to the creation of internal documentation, including policies and procedures.
- Develop detailed inspection documents that outline critical characteristics for production.
- Audit documentation to confirm compliance with established standards.
- Collect and analyze inspection data for reporting purposes.
- Participate in meetings as directed by the Quality Manager.
- Ensure proper handling of non-conforming materials.
- Engage professionally with all employees, customers, vendors, and contractors, reflecting the values of Total Site Solutions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Quality Manager.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to interpret internal and customer specifications.
- Effective problem-solving skills using logical reasoning.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and accessories.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or production setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with ISO 9001 standards is advantageous.
