Job Summary:

Virtual is seeking a highly skilled Document Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our regulatory compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion and issuance of Initial, Follow-up, and Final Field Alert Reports (FARs) for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in Complaint Triage meetings to review complaint events and determine FAR requirements

Coordinate and generate Initial, Follow-up, and Final FARs, ensuring timely issuance and meeting requirements

Communicate with key site personnel to gather information required for FAR generation and address review feedback

Collaborate with Senior Management reviewers and approvers to address review feedback and ensure alignment on updates required in the FARs

Provide audit support by preparing timely data to address inspection requests related to Complaints, FARs, and Market Actions

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Required

Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work with minimal supervision and be flexible, resilient, and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong technical writing skills and ability to communicate with diverse groups and individuals

Good organizational skills and attention to detail
