Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Minimum 2 years of retail sales or customer service experience
    • At least 1 year of management experience preferred

    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
    • Excellent customer service and sales skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Working Conditions

The Assistant Store Manager will work in a retail store environment, with regular exposure to cash handling, inventory management, and customer interactions. The position requires standing for long periods, walking, and lifting moderately heavy objects.
