Key Responsibilities- Navigation and Safety: Ensure the safe navigation of our vessels, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the compensation and benefits package for our crew members, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our harbor operations, including supervising crew members and ensuring the smooth execution of vessel docking and undocking maneuvers.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our vessels, ensuring they are always in good working condition.
