  • Manage and oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including budget and financial forecasts
  • Develop and implement cash flow planning processes and manage cash, investments, and assets
  • Review and prepare year-end workpapers for external accountants and ensure compliance with financial procedures
  • Develop and document business processes to ensure effective internal controls and financial procedures
  • Manage accounts receivable and collection processes, ensuring timely payment and resolution of disputes
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes and assist with the preparation and review of financial reports
  • Research and stay up-to-date on technical accounting and tax issues to ensure compliance
Requirements
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting and tax principles and procedures
  • Strong Excel spreadsheet skills and experience with financial software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
