Required Qualifications

Completion of High School education or equivalent certification Must possess and uphold a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B with passenger endorsement Successful passing of a DMV driving record evaluation and maintenance of a clean driving history throughout employment Exceptional customer service skills required for interaction with both internal and external stakeholders Flexibility in scheduling is essential, with availability to work in a 24/7 operational environment, including weekends and holidays Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening, background investigation, federal fingerprinting, and a DOT physical examination

Primary Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision of vehicle operators in the field Observe and assess the driving abilities and work practices of drivers Ensure all operators are fit for duty, comply with uniform and equipment standards, and possess the necessary licenses and certifications Assist dispatch and maintenance teams with vehicle changes occurring in the field Support operators with service or passenger-related issues Conduct road observations in accordance with client and local policies Monitor street operations to ensure timely performance and adherence to schedules Provide constructive feedback to safety and operations teams regarding service issues impacting safety and performance, identify potential safety risks, and suggest improvements for daily operational procedures Adhere to company safety and operational protocols Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines Responsible for conducting onboard evaluations, trail checks, drive camera assessments, and mentoring/coaching drivers Monitor pull-outs and service locations Investigate vehicle accidents Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills

Proficient in operating iPads, cell phones, and personal computers Intermediate experience with MS Office and email communication Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Strong communication skills to collaborate with all departments Capability to work independently and maintain objectivity
