  • Lead efforts in resolving complex customer issues and inquiries.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing sectors is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated professionalism with a strong emphasis on customer care.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to innovate and develop new business processes.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
