  • Delivery Operations:
    • Manage the delivery team to ensure program operations meet company standards, with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
    • Oversee the delivery process, including scheduling, routing, and customer communication.
    • Ensure delivery drivers are properly trained and equipped to meet company standards.
  • Store Operations:

    • Act as the Manager on Duty, ensuring the store is operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Leadership and Development:
    • Take ownership of implementing corporate programs and initiatives, including merchandising, cost management, and associate development.
    • Lead and develop a diverse, high-performing warehouse and delivery team.
    • Act as a role model for the Code of Conduct and business practices, holding team members accountable for their actions.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Create scheduling policies to ensure proper staffing and coverage.
    • Ensure store presentation standards are maintained to company expectations.
    • Manage compliance for warehouse and delivery personnel, including DOT regulations.
    • Provide a safe working environment for associates and customers, adhering to company shrink and safety standards.
    Requirements:
    • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Experience: Previous experience as a Warehouse Lead or Sales Lead, with experience in retail sales, receiving, inventory management, shrink prevention, last-mile delivery, and model store standards.
    • Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and associate development skills, with excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Physical Demands: Ability to lift at least 50 lbs, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
