Senior Radar Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Performance Engineer to lead and collaborate with teams of sensor engineers, software developers, and physicists to analyze live tactical sensor data and compare it to physics-based simulations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and use modeling and simulation (M&S) capabilities, data analysis tools, and machine learning algorithms to drive innovation and improve system performance.
- Design and implement novel signal and data processing tools, including machine learning, to extract insights from large data sets.
- Advise and guide the strategic direction of analysis capabilities for our group and the programs it supports.
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent technical field with at least 5 years of sensor systems engineering experience.
- Ability to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by start date and ultimately obtain a Secret level clearance.
- Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time as needed.
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent technical field.
