About the Role
StaffDash is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team of healthcare professionals. This role involves providing critical inter-facility patient transfers, ensuring safe and efficient transport between medical facilities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and professional care during inter-facility patient transfers.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient handoffs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and transfer details.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations governing patient transport.
Qualifications:
- Valid Texas or EMS Compact State EMT License.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an EMT, with a proven track record in inter-facility transfers.
- NREMT certification is preferred.
Compensation and Schedule:
This is a contract position offering competitive compensation. The schedule involves 14 consecutive days of work (12-hour shifts) followed by 14 consecutive days off, with a rotating schedule.
