The role of Customer Assistance Representative is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients. This position primarily involves face-to-face interactions, addressing branch and rental requirements while providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking candidates for immediate openings. The responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming inquiries related to reservations, pricing, and general information, while offering solutions to customers, partner branches, insurance firms, and other service providers.
  • Managing outbound calls for follow-ups and various assigned tasks.
  • Delivering superior customer service by evaluating rental needs through in-person and telephonic communication.
  • Welcoming customers with a friendly demeanor and assisting them promptly.
  • Providing guidance and assistance as required.
  • Assessing vehicle condition upon return.
  • Processing vehicle returns and managing check-in and exit kiosk transactions.
  • Promoting the company’s services while ensuring safe and courteous transportation of customers.
  • Communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services effectively.
  • Offering optional protection products, upgrades, and other enhancements.
  • Reporting any vehicle issues and maintenance needs to management.
  • Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors as necessary.
  • Executing various administrative and accounting tasks, including billing support, accounts receivable, and report generation.
  • Performing additional job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, free from more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last three years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past five years.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
