We are currently seeking a Customer Assistance Representative who will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. This position involves engaging with both internal and external clients, primarily in person, to support their rental and branch needs. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience to excel in providing administrative support and customer service.
This is a Full-Time role with a commitment of 40 hours per week, offering a starting wage of $18 per hour.

Work Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for candidates who can fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls regarding reservations, rate inquiries, and general customer questions, providing timely information and solutions.
- Manage outgoing calls for follow-ups and other assigned tasks.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assessing rental needs both in person and over the phone.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them promptly.
- Provide directions and general assistance as needed.
- Evaluate the condition of rental vehicles upon return.
- Process vehicle returns, check-ins, and transactions at exit kiosks.
- Market the company effectively while ensuring safe and courteous transportation of customers.
- Communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services clearly.
- May involve selling optional protection products, upgrades, and other equipment.
- Notify management of any vehicle issues or required maintenance.
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors as necessary.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including billing support, accounts receivable, and supply maintenance.
- Carry out miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- A valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years is necessary.
