Key Responsibilities:
  • Call Management: Answer incoming calls from customers requiring towing services, roadside assistance, or other related services. Gather necessary information such as location, vehicle details, and service required.
  • Tow Truck Dispatch: Coordinate with tow truck drivers to dispatch them to the appropriate locations based on urgency, distance, and availability. Ensure that drivers have all necessary information for efficient service delivery.
  • Communication: Keep open lines of communication with customers, tow truck drivers, and other team members to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all service calls, dispatches, and customer information. Utilize computer systems or dispatch software for recording and tracking purposes.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the towing process.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using dispatch software, GPS systems, and other relevant tools.

  • Adaptability: Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while making quick and accurate decisions.
