Job Summary

Wind Turbine & Energy Cables is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to assist with the day-to-day operations of the human resource department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Perform file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
  • Answer frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
  • Assist with payroll functions, including processing, answering employee questions, and sending reports.
  • Support new hire orientation and assist with planning and execution of special events, such as benefits enrollment and employee recognition events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree preferred but not required.
  • Highly organized with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office Products, particularly MS Excel.
