Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Director/Designee to develop and implement patient care plans
- Lead a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed
- Provide education and guidance to staff on best practices and new technologies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse
- Current BCLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of clinical RN experience, with progressive supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
