You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver age-appropriate care based on the physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs of individual patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and charge nurse responsibilities
  • Assume a leadership role with the healthcare team in planning and delivery of patient care
  • Articulate and demonstrate knowledge of nursing theory and practice
  • Utilize patient care information systems and database, spreadsheet, word processing to conduct analysis of statistical reports
  • Educate, coach, and mentor staff using adult learning principles
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate nursing licensure
  • Bachelor Science Nursing or Bachelors degree in health related field required
  • Graduate of a certified school of nursing
