  • Handle financial tasks including inventory management, ordering, labor oversight, and cash handling.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations for a secure dining experience.
  • Formulate strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop staff schedules while maintaining budgetary compliance.
  • Supervise facility maintenance and equipment upkeep.
  • Engage in management discussions and support marketing initiatives.
  • Enhance sales effectiveness and implement cost-saving strategies.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a full-service dining environment.
  • Strong ability to uphold high standards of food quality and service.
  • Understanding of financial statements and profit/loss management.
  • Familiarity with operational policies and procedures.
  • Prior supervisory experience in a restaurant context (1-2 years).
  • Possession of a valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card.
  • Compliance with health and legal standards.
  • Previous experience in management roles within the restaurant industry is preferred.
